Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistical reasons. Check your tracking number for updates and contact us if your package is more than 5 days overdue beyond the expected delivery date.

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust your order.

Shipping times vary based on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 14-30 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
